These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Humanize mobile application (“Humanize”, “the app”, “we”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using Humanize, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

Humanize provides automated text rewriting tools. Outputs are generated by software and may vary in quality. We do not guarantee that results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Auto-renewable subscriptions

Humanize may offer optional paid subscriptions, including Weekly and Yearly plans (names and availability may vary by region). If you subscribe:

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we and our suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if you used only free features), except where such limitation is not allowed by law.

Termination

You may stop using Humanize at any time by uninstalling the app and cancelling any active subscription through the App Store (or Google Play where applicable). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons.
